757 Background: Fear and urgency define the journey of pancreatic cancer. Most patients present with advanced disease, where time is short and understanding crucial. Clinical trials often represent the best or only pathway forward, yet patients need clear, accessible, immediately usable information. KRAS mutations, present in nearly 90% of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDAC), define the dominant biology and anchor much therapeutic development. To meet this urgent need, we developed the KRAS Kickers Clinical Trial Finder as a menu of trial options, a plain-language, patient and clinician validated platform designed to make trials visible, understandable, and actionable when clarity matters most. Methods: This IRB-approved study at the University of North Carolina used a sequential, two-cohort validation design within a user-centered framework. Cohort 1 included 40 patients with KRAS-mutant pancreatic cancer and care partners. Structured 60 to 90-minute interviews assessed usability, comprehension, and clarity of trial summaries. Cohort 2, nearly complete, includes 40 oncology professionals, including medical oncologists, nurse navigators, and trial administrators at NCI-designated centers. This cohort evaluates accuracy, clinical alignment, and workflow integration. Trial data are synchronized daily from ClinicalTrials.gov and the EU CTR via Python ETL pipelines and are visualized in an R Shiny dashboard with customizable filters, geospatial mapping, phase charts, and structured side effect reporting. Results: Patients and caregivers in Cohort 1 reported improved comprehension of trial opportunities, greater confidence in assessing eligibility, and enhanced preparedness for consultations. Care partners valued structured side effect summaries. Clinicians in preliminary Cohort 2 reviews endorsed the tool’s ability to streamline trial conversations and support collaborative decision-making. Across both groups, participants emphasized empowerment in choosing from a visible menu of opportunities with the ability to include or exclude modalities, understand side effects in plain language, and visualize where participation might fit into their treatment journey. Conclusions: Clinical Trials on the Menu shows that advancing precision oncology in pancreatic cancer requires tools that match the urgency of the disease. This IRB-approved, patient and clinician validated platform transforms complex listings into a menu of opportunities patients can evaluate on their own terms. By validating usability across two cohorts, the model demonstrates rigor, reproducibility, and translational value. It enhances health literacy, supports informed decision-making, and expands equitable consideration of research for pancreatic cancer patients.
