This work presents a unified ontological and structural master map of the Simita Project, integrating a series of theoretical frameworks developed between October 2025 and January 2026 under The Genetic Code of the Universe – Unified Research Archive. The document does not introduce new physical forces, does not modify established physical laws, and does not claim experimental validation. Instead, it provides a higher-level interpretative framework in which gravity, quantum fluctuations, radioactive decay, dark matter, dark energy, spacetime structure, and cosmological evolution are understood as manifestations of resonance-based self-compensation and informational organization. The framework integrates stabilization–expansion dynamics (ΔΦ–ΔΨ), a multi-layer time structure (t₁–t₂–t₃), informational inheritance across cosmological scales, numerical Z-level stability analyses, and structural parallels to the Yang–Mills mass gap problem. This document serves as a conceptual reference map linking the individual components of the Simita Project into a coherent, internally consistent theoretical system. It is intended exclusively for foundational research and academic discussion. No experimental apparatus, control mechanism, or practical application is proposed.
