With the increasing digitaltransformation of HR departments, AI based deployments not merely as an operational aid, but as acore driver of data-centric, cognitive, and autonomous HR solutions. Now a days chatbots,proofreading software, poster designing tools makes the process more efficient for the employees. Thischapter also explores that how Artificial Intelligence can be trained for screening CV or resume, how itcan be used for making complex schedules which will take days for a human being to prepareeffectively.The chapter organically reviews AI deployments on multiple HR workflows. In databaseadministration, ML algorithms and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques are employed forsmart parsing, categorization, writing e-mails to the recipients, how it can help the programmers towrite the same code ten times faster, and extraction of structured and unstructured content from largescaleHR repositories, such as Excel-based archives and ERP-integrated data repositories and also itcan be used for predictive analysis by providing the inputs from the past data. Auto-summarizationsoftware creates brief reports from large information reservoirs, enhancing managerial understandingby using Generative Pre-Training (GPTs) based Artificial Intelligence techniques and BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) models for the same.
