This paper proposes a fundamental reorientation of orbital exit strategy: westward departure against Earth's rotation rather than the conventional eastward launch. Within the Webb Mechanical Metric (WMM) framework, orbital insertion is reconceived not as escape from gravitational bondage but as decoupling from a rotational frame. Westward exit allows the vehicle to subtract Earth's rotational velocity rather than add to it, while simultaneously utilizing the rotating atmosphere as a lifting airstream across wing surfaces. This approach extends aerodynamic lift contribution into regions conventionally considered too thin for wing utility, reduces relative entry velocities for return, and transforms the exit profile from violent acceleration to gradual disengagement. A scaled spaceplane design based on F-35 aerodynamics with integrated dual-use propulsion is proposed as the optimal platform for this trajectory.
