The intervention reduced fear and increased empowerment, likely through improved knowledge, self-efficacy and perceived control during pregnancy. The MLCC model enhanced health literacy and empowerment while reducing FOC. Structured education models integrated into antenatal care can support women's autonomy and psychological preparedness for birth.
