Although the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework has been widely adopted to support effective technology-enhanced learning, it has been criticized for its limited attention to sociocultural and ethical dimensions of pedagogy. Addressing this gap, the present study explores the integration of Bugis local wisdom-Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, and Sipakainge-into the TPACK framework through a digital ethnopedagogical approach in Indonesian senior high schools. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis in selected public senior high schools in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The findings reveal that the integration of Bugis local wisdom was manifested in pedagogical design, teacher-student interaction, and the use of digital technologies. Sipakatau fostered respectful and dialogic learning relationships, Sipakalebbi promoted mutual appreciation and ethical digital communication, and Sipakainge encouraged reflective and morally responsible learning practices. From a theoretical perspective, the study extends the TPACK framework by demonstrating that technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge can be culturally embedded rather than culturally neutral. Practically, the findings highlight the potential of culturally responsive digital pedagogy to enhance student engagement, ethical awareness, and character development in technology-enhanced learning environments. This study contributes to ongoing scholarly discourse on digital pedagogy, ethnopedagogy, and culturally grounded education in the digital era.
