Abstract Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) represent the next leap in the management of urological malignancies. In urology, ICIs are already used extensively in renal cell carcinoma and to extent in bladder carcinoma and prostate carcinoma. In this review article, we will be looking into ICIs’ use in various urological malignancies, the latest trials, and protocols.
