This paper introduces GHDP™ III, the diagnostic layer of the GHDP™ framework. It examines how systemic acceleration produces invisible forms of failure in high-reliability systems, where formal performance indicators remain stable while human temporal capacity is silently exceeded. GHDP™ III is not a forecasting model, optimization tool, or risk-scoring framework. It is a diagnostic lens designed to identify temporal mismatch, attention saturation, and structural delay that precede visible breakdown. The paper functions as an interpretive framework for understanding systemic fragility under acceleration, rather than a prescriptive or predictive instrument.
