Abstract The ureteral stent plays a diverse role in endourological practice. Despite a stent registry and stringent follow-up protocols, forgotten stents have occurred, resulting in significant morbidity for the patient. Here, we report a unique case of a forgotten, encrusted, fractured, migrated stent protruding at the meatus, with calcification of the bladder end giving it a lollipop-like appearance. This case report highlights the importance of timely stent removal and the complexities involved in managing such complications.
