We present Genesis, a minimal axiomatic framework developed to address a broad spectrum of long-standing observational anomalies in fundamental physics, including—but not limited to—phenomena commonly grouped under the label “Dark”. Rather than treating these discrepancies as isolated failures of existing models, the framework treats them as expected consequences of a structural assumption that has remained largely implicit: the primacy of a pre-given spacetime manifold. Genesis abandons this assumption and reconstructs physical description from the only irreducible Cartesian fact—observation—formalized as a small set of explicit axioms. Within this setting, notions of geometry, redshift, and dynamical behavior emerge as derived structures rather than presupposed backgrounds, enabling a natural unification of phenomenological constructs associated with quantum mechanics and general relativity. Observational anomalies accumulated over several decades arise as consistent outcomes of this reconstruction, without the introduction of auxiliary entities, phenomenological patches, or free parameters. A defining property of the framework is that its axioms admit explicit mathematical derivation and executable realization. All derived relations are instantiated numerically and confronted directly with publicly available observational data. Numerical evaluation is used strictly as a consistency test of the framework’s consequences, not as a fitting mechanism, and is performed under fully specified, non-interpretive execution constraints with zero phenomenological tuning. By reframing a wide class of empirical tensions as structurally expected once the manifold assumption is relaxed, Genesis provides a unified, logically closed, and numerically testable foundation in which previously anomalous observations emerge as non-anomalous consequences of the underlying axiomatic structure.
