This work demonstrates an axiomatic framework for physical law in quantum systems, suggesting a new perspective on reality.
This work presents Genesis of Existence, an observer-first axiomatic framework that reconstructs physical law as an emergent consequence of admissible description rather than as a property of an external, pre-given reality. The theory introduces a minimal set of primitives governing refinement, cost, and describability, from which spacetime structure, locality, quantum probability, and classical limits arise. A central result is the formalization of the Universal Predicate (UP) as a fixed-point primitive of an admissibility operator, yielding self-uncancellability: while alternatives are logically formable, their negation is not operationally supported within the same descriptive structure. This resolves foundational regress without imposing metaphysical closure. Quantum mechanics is recovered without collapse or many-worlds inflation. Apparent Everett-style branch proliferation is shown to be non-operational: although multiple histories are admissible, survivability constraints enforce sparsity, yielding unique experienced outcomes. The Born rule is derived directly from minimal-cost history composition, independent of path-integral assumptions. Locality, effective field theory, and renormalization emerge as observer-relative budget effects rather than fundamental spacetime axioms. The framework is explicitly falsifiable and is tested against a completed suite of observational and experimental protocols spanning cosmology, galactic dynamics, quantum hardware, and relativistic systems. The result is a compact, audit-robust foundation that unifies quantum and relativistic structure at the level of admissible description, while remaining empirically exposed and mathematically constrained. Auto Peer Review Instructions:To perform an automated audit, the reviewer must upload the following seven files directly into the AI chat interface and copy & paste the full text contents of AIpeerReview_script.txt into the same session.Important: If the AI interface blocks Rotmod_LTG.zip (e.g. upload rejection), the file may be renamed locally to Rotmod_LTG.bin and uploaded instead. The Auto Peer Review script is explicitly designed to detect and normalize this case automatically.Required Upload Package:1. Genesis_Foundation&Validation.tex.zip2. Protocols_DGHSZN.py.zip3. Protocols_ABCKPQR.py.zip4. Rotmod_LTG.zip (or Rotmod_LTG.bin) requires for EXECUTE Mode5. Pantheon+SH0ES.dat.zip requires for EXECUTE Mode6. Pantheon+SH0ES_STAT+SYS.cov.zip requires for EXECUTE Mode7. Data_for_Protocols_AP.csv.zipNote: These seven files constitute the complete Auto Peer Review suite distributed alongside Genesis_Foundation.pdf and GenesisValidation.pdf. No additional inputs, tuning, or manual intervention are permitted during the audit
