We introduce a phenomenological extension to General Relativity based on the Unified Informational Spin Theory (TGU), proposing a correction factor α = 1 +k · e a to account for informational coherence within orbital dynamics. This model is tested against known planetary precession values and extended to high-eccentricitybodies and exoplanets. A consistent correction parameter k ≈ 0.0881 provides accurate postdictions and potential predictive power.
