We present a navigation-oriented conformal atlas of the observable universe, fully compatible with standard ΛCDM cosmology. The construction compactifies the infinite comoving domain into a finite hyperbolic disk without introducing a physical boundary. The cosmological horizon is interpreted as a geometric limit of observability rather than an edge of space. The atlas preserves local angles, reproduces observational distances, and provides a globally consistent observer-centered navigation framework. No modification of ΛCDM dynamics or General Relativity is introduced.
