ASTRA synthetic gating demo (v5) is a synthetic, fixed-seed demonstration of how an amplitude-based gating (preprocessing) step can suppress a short burst-like transient before downstream scoring, and how to audit that effect with fully reproducible artifacts. Motivating context: this synthetic demonstration was inspired by the reported micro-glitch candidate in PSR J0900–3144 (Bhat et al. , 2025) ; no detector data are analyzed here and no detection is claimed. This deposit is method-focused: it does not contain proprietary detector data and it does not claim any astrophysical detection. The goal is to provide a transparent, citable reference implementation and an audited reproduction package. What’s included: paper. pdf — the preprint manuscript describing the setup, gate, and reported proxy statistics ASTRASourceᵥ5. zip — clean LaTeX sources (includes paper. bbl and references. bib) ASTRAAncillaryᵥ5. zip — reproducibility artifacts (logs/tables and generated outputs used in the paper) COMPILEAUDIT₂5Xᵥ5. txt — 25× clean-room compilation audit (25/25 passes) SHA256SUMS. txt — SHA-256 checksums for integrity verification Reproducibility (PDF build): Extract ASTRASourceᵥ5. zip Run: pdflatex paper. tex; bibtex paper; pdflatex paper. tex; pdflatex paper. tex Versioning note: this Zenodo record provides a stable DOI-backed archive for citation.
