This note addresses the interpretation of forthcoming time-resolved black hole imaging, particularly with respect to spin and growth inference. It clarifies the distinction between what such observations directly measure and how those measurements are interpreted within different theoretical frameworks. Without disputing empirical findings or the role of matter and radiation accretion, the note contrasts Kerr-based spin and growth interpretations with those implied by Structured Vacuum Field Theory, in which intrinsic black hole spin is forbidden and black hole growth is interpreted as accretion accompanied by termination of space rather than growth of an object embedded within space.
