Prolonged progression-free survival with zanubrutinib in relapsed/refractory CLL: an indirect treatment comparison versus other BTK inhibitors using multilevel network meta-regression
The aim is to compare the efficacy of zanubrutinib with other BTK inhibitors in relapsed/refractory CLL.
Conducted a multilevel network meta-regression (ML-NMR) analysis.
Compared zanubrutinib with ibrutinib and acalabrutinib.
Focused on both general and high-risk relapsed/refractory CLL populations.
Zanubrutinib showed improved progression-free survival compared to ibrutinib and acalabrutinib.
Overall survival results were inconclusive due to limited follow-up data.
Abstract
This ML-NMR suggests that zanubrutinib offers improved PFS compared to ibrutinib and acalabrutinib in both general and high-risk R/R CLL populations. OS results were uncertain due to limited follow-up.
