The article analyzes employee interactions by type, structure, and tools in an adaptive feedback environment. The purpose of the research is to develop an ontological model of adaptive communication scenarios of employee interaction, which is a conceptual basis for classification, semantic compatibility and dynamic scenario formation using artificial intelligence tools later. The methodological basis of the research is based on methods of ontological modeling and structural and functional analysis of communication processes in digital organizations. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying an ontological model for organizing employee communication to improve the efficiency of corporate processes with integration into digital interaction management platforms. The prospects for further research are related to the development of an intelligent employee interaction system that provides assessment and analysis of performance, as well as adaptation of communication scenarios in the dynamic conditions of digital transformation.
