This dataset contains RNA-seq profiles from adult male C57BL/6J mice (10-week-old) exposed to distinct metabolic conditions, including normal diet (chow), high-fat diet-induced obesity (Obs), and exercise intervention (Exe). Comprehensive tissue sampling was performed: 22 tissues were collected from chow group mice including adrenal gland (AD), brain (BRN), hypothalamus (HYP), heart (HRT), kidney (KID), liver (LIV), lung (LNG), brown adipose tissue (BAT), mesenteric adipose tissue (MAT), gonadal adipose tissue (GAT), subcutaneous adipose tissue (SCAT), skeletal muscle (SKM), pancreas (PCR), prostate (PRS), skin (SKN), small intestine (SIT), spleen (SPL), stomach (STM), testis (TES), thymus (THM), eye (EYE), tongue (TON), and urinary bladder (UB). In the model groups (Obs, Exe, T2D), 11 key metabolic tissues (including HYP, LIV, SIT, PCR, SKM, BAT, GAT, MAT, SCAT, KID, HRT) were analyzed.
