ABSTRACT Massive hemoptysis from dual bronchial artery malformations necessitated emergent embolization. Extensive jelly‐like endobronchial clots caused complete lobar collapse refractory to suction. We used cryoextraction to achieve rapid en‐bloc removal of arborizing casts with prompt radiographic resolution.
