INDIANAPOLIS — To better understand and enhance the student experience at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, Ania Peczalska needed to conduct a major assessment project. She started with a four‐step plan, which she explained during a presentation at the Assessment Institute. The plan that she followed can also help other student affairs professionals setting out to conduct assessments on their campuses.
