ABSTRACT Vaping use is a global health concern with multiple adverse general health effects. We report a young man with vaping‐induced erythrocytosis that resolved following cessation of e‐cigarette use. Presence of erythrocytosis without a history of hypoxia or associated medications should prompt a thorough investigation for secondary causes, including vaping.
