ABSTRACT: This research addresses the application of robotic and minimally invasive surgery in gynecological emergencies, highlighting its growing relevance given the need for rapid, precise and safe interventions in this clinical context. The contextualization emphasizes technological advances and the demand for techniques that reduce complications and hospital costs, especially in highly complex environments. The problem lies in the challenges of adopting these technologies, including economic, structural and training barriers, which limit their dissemination and potential benefits. The main objective was to analyze in an integrated manner the clinical, economic and institutional impacts of robotic surgery in gynecological emergencies, proposing a comprehensive model of technological adoption. Methodologically, the Giftedean neoperspectivist paradigm was adopted, based on theories of technological innovation, health management and organizational behavior. The hypothetical-deductive method was applied and a rigorous narrative bibliographic and documentary review was conducted, with clear inclusion and exclusion criteria, consulting databases such as PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science, using specific descriptors related to robotic surgery, gynecological emergency and economic evaluation, analyzing 125 selected studies. The main findings indicated evident clinical benefits, medium-term economic viability and identification of institutional barriers and facilitators. The conclusions reinforce the importance of training, infrastructure and strategic planning for effective implementation. Gaps were identified regarding longitudinal evaluation and qualitative perceptions, in addition to methodological limitations related to the heterogeneity of the reviewed studies. The contributions include theoretical, methodological and empirical advances, adding scientific, social and practical value to the field of women's health.
