This document presents pre-publication, parameter-free predictions from the Time-Dilation Geometry with Timeless Quanta (TDG/TQ) framework for particle-identified(PID) observables in LHC Run 3 Pb–Pb collisions at √sN N = 5.02 TeV. Building onvalidated November 2025 predictions, we derive species-dependent predictions for meantransverse momentum ratios, elliptic flow scaling breakdown thresholds, freezeout temper-ature separation, and intermediate-pT baryon enhancement. All predictions follow directlyfrom fixed geometric constants with zero adjustable parameters. These forecasts targetobservables not yet resolved in current Run 3 PID publications and are fully falsifiable byforthcoming ALICE, CMS, and ATLAS Run 3 measurements.
