Preprint presents a prediction ledger assessing forecasts in the TDG/TQ framework, suggesting implications for particle physics and cosmology.
This preprint presents a prediction ledger for the Time-Dilation Geometry / Timeless Quanta framework, abbreviated TDG/TQ. The framework is an exploratory single-anchor geometric model derived from a proton-scale lock-in with rc = 0.447 fm, sigma = 0.10 fm, and L = 1.43 fm. The ledger records archived forecasts, public data comparisons, pending falsifiers, provisional conference comparisons, and exploratory cross-scale extensions. It includes Run 3 heavy-ion predictions, oxygen-oxygen comparison rows, particle-identified observables, cosmological and weak-lensing comparisons, physical-chemistry/chirality/protein extensions, and a forward-rapidity Higgs prediction. The forward-Higgs row predicts a residual enhancement over the Standard Model fiducial expectation: R_H_residual(2 < eta < 5) = 1.155 +/- 0.035. Several oxygen-oxygen rows based on SQM2026 material are explicitly labeled provisional pending final ALICE analyses, notes, proceedings, or peer-reviewed publications. The purpose of the ledger is to provide a transparent audit trail of what TDG/TQ predicts, what has been compared, what remains pending, and what would count against the framework.
