This preprint introduces the Elkaffas Voltage Law (EVL), a proposed physical framework that re-examines the physical interpretation of Ohm’s law and Kirchhoff’s laws in electrical networks. The law suggests that the voltage angle reflects the underlying impedance angle, offering a new physical interpretation of phase behavior and extending the conceptual boundaries of classical circuit analysis. The manuscript focuses on the theoretical and physical foundations of the law, while practical realizations and system-level embodiments are addressed separately within protected intellectual property filings.
