This work presents the structurally deepened version of the NANO Model, a conceptual framework designed to identify, describe, and analyze the cyclical mechanism of nanomanagement. The model outlines eight interdependent stages, administrative insularity, fear of loss of control, pathological need for control, intrusion into professional judgement, erosion of autonomy, flow disruption, organizational fear and over‑compliance, and the feedback loop, demonstrating how each stage can trigger and reinforce the next. The document includes full theoretical analysis, behavioural indicators, systemic consequences, and a comprehensive diagnostic grid. It is intended as a foundational reference for researchers, practitioners, and organizational leaders seeking to recognize and interrupt micro‑power dynamics that erode autonomy, flow, and psychological safety.
