ABSTRACT ZnO has garnered significant attention in the electronics industry due to its sensitive photoelectric radiation response properties. Herein, ZnO nanosheets prepared under various hydrothermal reaction conditions are analyzed using various characterization techniques to explore the performance enhancement achieved through rational process details. This study reveals the optimized preparation strategy for ZnO nanosheets and provides reference value for the application and property modulation of ZnO materials at a deeper level.
