Case report demonstrates effective soft tissue management in the esthetic zone using minimal invasive techniques, implying improved periodontal treatment outcomes.
Only when papillary integrity is maintained may a surgical technique to treating periodontal problems with maxillary anterior dentition be used in an esthetically acceptable way. The papilla-sparing flap technique for treating anterior maxillary dentition weakened by periodontitis is outlined in this case report. It has also been explored how guided tissue regeneration, utilizing a bone graft and a second-generation platelet concentrate platelet-rich fibrin, can be applied to restore both soft and hard tissue while taking advantage of the papilla preservation flap’s (PPFs) conservative approach. In addition to producing an esthetically pleasing architecture, the PPF technique offers an improved method for interproximal regenerative procedures.
