Pilot project reveals increased trust and satisfaction in education through digital oversight and marketing tools.
The article proposes a pilot project for implementing a digital platform for public oversight in education in the Russian Federation, and analyzes the role of social marketing tools in developing effective models of interaction among the school, parents, and other stakeholders. A multilayer analysis of the regulatory framework was conducted; mechanisms for involving parents in school governance were examined; and the key advantages of the digital solution for increasing transparency and accountability of educational organizations were justified. The study employed survey, interview, and content- and comparative-analysis of user platform inquiries. Results of the implementation showed a substantial rise in trust in the school administration, a reduction in conflict situations, and higher parental satisfaction with the quality of educational services. Particular attention was paid to developing civic and social competencies among participants in the educational process, as well as to reducing barriers to open interaction through digital tools. The research used analysis of regulatory documents, design and pilot deployment of the digital platform, and methods of sociological surveying, in-depth interviews, and content analysis of user inquiries—potentially feasible variants. Effectiveness was assessed by engagement, satisfaction, and the trajectory of inquiry numbers; social-marketing tools were employed to increase awareness and collaboration among participants in the educational process. The scientific novelty of the study lies in a systematic analysis of implementing a digital platform for public control within the education system, with an emphasis on applying social-marketing tools to strengthen engagement and interaction of all participants in the educational process. For the first time, using a Russian Federation pilot project as an example, mechanisms to enhance transparency and accountability in school governance through modern digital means are examined. The analysis conducted allowed identification of the platform’s positive impact on fostering open dialogue among administrators, parents, and teachers, as well as a reduction in conflicts and increased satisfaction with educational services. Overall, the article demonstrates the potential of digital platforms and social marketing to foster an open, responsible, and engaged school community, contributing to the sustainable development of the educational environment.
