Research establishes KAM theorem and explores stability in higher-dimensional equations, indicating new insights into non-Hamiltonian systems.
An infinite-dimensional reversible Kolmogorov–Arnold–Moser (KAM) theorem is established in this paper. As an application, we investigate the existence and linear stability of KAM tori for the higher-dimensional reversible Kirchhoff equation under periodic boundary conditions. In contrast to the Hamiltonian framework of Chen and Geng [Y. Chen and J. Geng, J. Differ. Equations, 315, 222–253 (2022).], our analysis handles the non-Hamiltonian nature of the problem by employing an improved Kuksin lemma and exploiting the specific structure of the perturbations.
