Abstract

The port petrochemical enterprise includes the petrochemical wharf and storage tank area, which have the characteristics of both the port and the petrochemical enterprise in terms of security risk. The production conditions of port petrochemical enterprises are flammable, explosive, easy to corrode and toxic. Once an emergency occurs, it will not only affect the normal operation of the enterprise, but also cause casualties and property losses. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively understand the occupational safety risks of port petrochemical enterprises and put forward targeted and operable emergency response measures. In this paper, the occupational safety risk factors existing in port petrochemical enterprises are analyzed. Taking pipeline leakage accidents as an example, analyze the development and evolution process of accidents, propose emergency response points, and further enhance the safety emergency management capabilities of port petrochemical enterprises.
