Analysis shows improved recovery and reduced injury rates in agricultural populations through preventive workshops.
The analysis of complex hand injuries implies adequate treatment of the patient after admission to a health facility, which depends on his further recovery and treatment. Proper treatment, operative course, anesthesia and post - operative course are of great importance for the quality of life after patient discharge. A study was conducted on a sample of 365 patients admitted to a health facility over a period of 5 years. Statistical data showed that the number of injuries was quite high. As a result, surveys and workshops were conducted to familiarize the population with prevention measures and awareness raising, and to reduce the number of injuries. Surveys and workshops as prevention measures were conducted in the target group with an emphasis on the population engaged in agriculture. The performed preventive measures have shown in the research that there was a decrease in the number of injuries, as well as that the patient life quality was preserved postoperatively.
