Human capital area has been expanding. Organizations must recognize its importance to boost performance. Many reviews related to human capital have been published such intellectual capital and social capital. However, less attention has been given to bibliometric and network analysis aspects concerning human capital. This study aims to map the research trends on human capital by conducting bibliometric analysis. The analysis was performed using Scopus Analyzer from Scopus database and VOSviewer software. A total of 2356 publications from the last decade were extracted after using PRISMA method. Co-occurrence, co-authorship and keyword analysis were conducted to graphically illustrate the publication trend and identify current research interests especially in the last year. the most relevant journals in human capital research were Journal of Intellectual Capital, published by “Emerald Publishing” while the most significant country in the area of Human Capital research was the United States, with the highest number of publications.
