Abstract: This white paper defines the technical and philosophical infrastructure for Adaptive-FAIR Digital Objects (A-FDO 2.0), addressing the ontological crisis in managing non-stationary biological compute nodes (e.g., Organoid Intelligence) and evolving AGI agents. +2 Key Innovations include: * Digital Metabolism & RLCP: Implementing the Regenerative Logic-Core Protocol (RLCP) to decouple logic reasoning from parametric factual knowledge, reducing hallucinations by targeting factual retention below 7%. * Physiological Homeostasis Envelope (PHE): A dynamic monitoring layer that binds digital identities to the substrate's biological viability, mitigating the "Snowflake Effect". * Governance & Ethics: Automated enforcement of the Nagoya Protocol via machine-actionable DMPs (maDMP) and consciousness monitoring using the IIT 4.0 framework (0.459 Phi-threshold). +4 This framework is specifically optimized for the HORIZON-CL4-2026-04-HUMAN-02 call, providing the architectural foundation for a secure, ethical, and interoperable Web 4.0 ecosystem
