These slides were presented at the NFDI Sections Roadshow on 4 February 2026. The aim of the NFDI Sections Roadshow was to provide firsthand information about the current and future planned activities of the NFDI sections and their working groups. The NFDI sections work on cross-cutting topics that are central to the various scientific disciplines. These cross-cutting issues range from metadata, terminology to a common infrastructure and tasks such as training the users and clarifying ethical and legal aspects.
