Finite-Relaxation Geometry (FRG) is an effective interpretational framework that treats spacetime geometry as a physical system with finite response time. While preserving the Einstein field equations, FRG explores the consequences of delayed geometric relaxation, leading to geometric memory and non-equilibrium curvature. This perspective provides a unified interpretation of inertia, gravitation, galactic halo phenomena, and the arrow of time without introducing new particles or modifying gravity. FRG is conservative, empirically constrained, and intended as a pred-theoretical framework guiding further investigation. daleomel.dante@gmail.com
