ENTROPIA is a minimal, two parameter phenomenological benchmark for possible scaledependence in effective fundamental couplings, such as the gravitational constant G or the finestructure constant α. It takes the double exponential form λ(ℓ) = λ01 + δexp(−exp(βℓ)).This paper derives this form rigorously from a non geometrical toy model of open system RGflow, in which a visible sector collective coordinate is weakly coupled to a large hidden conformal bath. The Entropic Damping Force (EDF) acts as the dynamical mechanism enforcingentropic stabilization in Dimensional Measurement Equilibrium (DME). Viable parameters arefully consistent with current null results from precision tests (optical clocks, muon g − 2, LHCRun 3)
