This work examines the emergence of time and temporal asymmetry within the Space Register Metric–Planck Pixel Asymmetry (SRM–PPA) framework. Time is shown to arise as a coarse-grained parameterization of causal order induced by irreversible normalization under finite information capacity. Entropically Bounded Worldlines (EBW) impose global constraints that sharpen irreversibility and lead to context-dependent clock behavior without assuming a fundamental temporal dimension. The thermodynamic arrow of time and relativistic time asymmetry are interpreted as effective descriptions of capacity transport rather than primitive postulates.
