the article considers entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of housing and communal services as an object of administrative and legal impact. The peculiarities of requirements in the field of housing and communal services to the subjects of entrepreneurial activity are revealed. The author concludes that entrepreneurial activity in the field of housing and communal services, as an object subject to administrative and legal influence, consists of specialized activities of commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs aimed at making profit from the supply of goods (communal resources), performance of work and provision of services in the field of housing and communal services.
