Abstract

EFT-A15 defines the Skeleton and Alignment Protocol Family in the EFT methods-layer protocol library (A5–A21). It locks down an auditable, preregistered workflow for (i) skeleton-first construction and freezing of the filament direction field PAfil (θ, z), (ii) alignment-angle ψ statistics and permutation/holdout null tests across multiple orientation probes (jets, polarization, satellite planes), and (iii) optional multi-probe closure inversion of an orientation coherence direction field PAcoh (θ, z). This module maps to Z13/T8.
