This research proposes Topological Global Economics, addressing geometric stability and structural buckling in global economies, implying new governance models.
Abstract This paper proposes "Topological Global Economics," a dimensional expansion of "Governance Engineering"—previously established for regional resource cycles—to a planetary scale. We formulate the "Flat-Earth Fallacy" inherent in contemporary macroeconomics, which assumes an infinite space where entropy can be discarded externally, ignoring the physical constraints of the Earth's finite surface area (4πr²). On a closed Riemannian manifold, the dynamic N-Body Problem of economic agents exhibits deterministic chaos; however, we provide a rigorous structural solution by redefining it as a problem of geometric stability via Additively Weighted Spherical Tessellation. Through the construction of a "Planetary Replica" using the economic mass of G7 nations and China, we identify "Economic Fault Lines" arising from the misalignment of mass distribution. Crucially, our model provides a causal geometric explanation for the "residuals" observed in empirical trade networks that traditional gravity models fail to account for. We formalize international trade as a "pressure adjustment valve" at polygon interfaces and conflict as a physical "Structural Buckling" of the system. Furthermore, by defining oceans as "Superconducting Areas" with zero physical resistance, we prove the existence of autonomous multipolar equilibria governed by an invariant autonomy coefficient (α ≈ 0.12). This research moves beyond political rhetoric to offer engineering specifications for a "Planetary OS"—a sustainable, high-velocity resource circulation circuit governed by physical boundary conditions.
