The article is devoted to the theoretical justification of applying network-centric resource management to ensure the economic security of the production sector of the Penal Correctional System (PCS). Based on an analysis of domestic literature, the interpretations of key concepts are systematized: "economic security," "network-centric management," and "production sector of the PCS." Author's definitions are formulated, and an integrated management model is proposed, aimed at enhancing the resilience, adaptability, and efficiency of the PCS production complex under conditions of uncertainty.
