This paper extends the SYK TENSOR Quantum Information Network (QIN) framework toearly universe cosmology and provides a complete, pre geometric mechanism for baryogenesis.The observed matter antimatter asymmetry ηB ≈ 6×10−10 emerges naturally from CP violatingcomplex phases in flavored all to all SYK couplings combined with a novel temporal scramblingasymmetry during the post inflationary reheating phase. Out of equilibrium dynamics arise fromdirected information flow in the maximally chaotic Majorana qubit substrate: oscillatory inflatoncoupling induces faster forward time scrambling than backward time due to phase winding,generating a net baryon current before full thermalization. All three Sakharov conditions aresatisfied at the qubit level without sphalerons, extra dimensions, or intermediate leptogenesis.The predicted baryon to entropy ratio scales as ηB ∝ Im(trJ†J)/Nf×(λLTreh/MPl)−1, yieldingthe correct magnitude for validated chaos rate λL = 0.85 ± 0.12 and reheating temperaturesTreh ∼ 109–1012 GeV. The mechanism is UV finite by construction, empirically consistent withprior QIN validations, and offers sharp, falsifiable predictions for primordial non Gaussianityand quantum hardware tests.
