This document defines canonical terms used in Behavioral AI Governance, with emphasis on longitudinal analysis, authority binding, escalation design, and continuous assurance. These definitions are intended to serve as a stable reference layer for governance frameworks, audits, research, and implementation guidance. The terms are non-anthropomorphic, execution-aware, and designed to describe how behavior accumulates, stabilizes, and constrains outcomes over time. This work is published to establish citation stability and prevent semantic drift across downstream usage.
