This document presents a conceptual lab-scale validation of the Scaling Factor z in the Myo Min Aung Unified Theory (MUT v5.7). By using microgram-scale EBSF-Resonant Metamaterial (ARM) samples and high-frequency Rydberg-domain oscillations, mass fluctuations and phase-domain responses can be measured. All results follow deterministically from the atomic-scale derivation of z, requiring no free parameters. The setup provides a bridge between theoretical EBSF dynamics and experimentally observable lab-scale phenomena.
