The looming problems of the financial and economic crisis on a global scale force us to reflect on the consequences of such a crisis. We must mobilize all efforts in Kazakhstan so that the consequences of this crisis do not turn out to be devastating for us. I would like to get out of this situation with minimal losses, moreover, it would be advisable to strengthen our financial and economic positions in the country even in a crisis. In this regard, the author of the article suggests using legal means to introduce the latest technologies of Western countries, artificial intelligence into the Kazakh industry, transport and other engineering. Energy, including nuclear energy, should become the driver of the republic’s economy, industry, and mechanical engineering. Proper processing of agricultural raw materials, production of agricultural goods will lead to their proper export. All this taken together, clearly regulated by the legal norms and guidelines of the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations), will lead to the real development of agriculture in the country and the entry of this industry into proper positions in the world. The imperative of the time is the need to introduce legal methods of digital tenge and the gradual replacement of fiat (paper) money. This will speed up both trade turnover and the circulation of financial and monetary resources not only in Kazakhstan, but also around the world. A number of organizational and legal measures are proposed to return assets and capital to the country. International legal measures are needed to reduce unemployment and strengthen the economy in the country. It is advisable to turn the international Международное право 90 Вестник Евразийской юридической академии имени Д.А. Кунаева №1 2024 legal mechanism “bachelor-master-PhD” into a legal means of improving the management sphere in the country. It is highly desirable to include science, commercialization and the law of Kazakhstan in the global scientific and technological process. In the medium term, it is necessary to mobilize economic, national, organizational and international legal opportunities to transform Kazakhstan into a maritime power.
