Evaluated morphine, cannabidiol (CBD), and their co-administration in mice across three acute nociceptive assays: acetic acid-stimulated stretching, acetic acid-decreased operant responding for palatable food, and hot plate thermal nociception.
Quantified pharmacological interactions between morphine and CBD based on the principle of dose equivalence to classify responses as synergistic or subadditive.
