本研究では，Zn-Al溶射，Zn溶射およびZnめっきを用いて，宮崎大学木花キャンパスと宮崎大学延岡フィールドの2地点において大気暴露試験を実施し，それぞれの溶射皮膜の組成の違いによる腐食特性を外観観察，膜厚測定，XRDおよびSEM・EDX分析により比較した．その結果，Zn-Al溶射では暴露2年目においても大きな腐食はみられず，Zn溶射およびZnめっきでは腐食生成物の堆積が確認された．
