Version 11.0 of the Causal Nexus formalizes the numerical convergence between the global curvature radius (Ru), cosmic birefringence, and the Hubble Tension. By transitioning from a static sine-metric to a Hyperbolic Phase-Slip Metric, we resolve the mathematical singularity encountered in standard relativistic derivations where sin(x)/x > 1. We demonstrate that a unique Unitary Harmonic exists at Ru ≈ 53.01 to 56.3 Gly, where the topological surface-area damping of an S3 manifold exactly reconciles the 0.35◦ cosmic birefringence with a 9% geometric Hubble shift.
