This working paper presents the development and structured evaluation of the IFSI Environmental Alignment Scoring Model (Feng Shui-Based), a multi-layer assessment framework designed to quantify structural, directional, and personal alignment factors in built environments. A retrospective case-based analysis was conducted on 312 anonymized field cases collected between 2010 and 2025. The model applies a weighted 100-point scoring architecture across three layers: Structural Alignment (50%), Directional Alignment (30%), and Personal Alignment (20%). Observed before–after comparisons were performed on cases with complete intervention data to evaluate score variation following structured layout and directional adjustments. Statistical summaries, distribution shifts, and improvement percentages are reported. This study does not claim universal validation but provides a structured, case-based measurement approach to environmental alignment assessment. The model serves as a research-backed framework for residential and development-level advisory applications.
